Lydia was a joy to have on our team! Lydia is able to work independently and problem solve for herself, which is nice during busy times, if she does have a question with something she moves on to finish or start something else, so tasks never go behind. Lydia is also able to finish tasks ahead of schedule and consistently proved to be efficient while remain effective with all her tasks. Lydia is one of the best students I have ever met and is really mature and professional. Anyone would be lucky to work with her!
