Throughout the project, Sonya demonstrated a strong eye for design and the ability to create visually appealing content. Her work reflected creativity in aesthetic elements, showcasing her potential as a designer. She was also pleasant to meet with and showed openness to feedback, which facilitated some improvements in her approach.How did the student engage with stakeholders during the project?
Sonya was pleasant and approachable when interacting with stakeholders, creating a positive working environment. However, there were challenges with maintaining consistent communication and responsiveness. While she was open to feedback and made some adjustments based on input, timely responses and proactive communication could have been stronger to ensure alignment and keep the project on track.Did the student effectively manage their time and meet project deadlines? Sonya faced challenges with time management and meeting project deadlines, extending them twice during the project. The second extension occurred without prior communication, and when I reached out to understand the delay, I did not receive a response. While she showed a good work ethic and effort to incorporate feedback, enhancing her skills in proactive communication, setting realistic timelines, and following through on updates would significantly benefit her project management abilities in the futureTeam feedback
Sonya has a solid eye for design and creates visually appealing content, and was pleasant to meet with. She took the time to research the market and competition and make recommendations regarding our social media strategy. While her work displayed some strong visual elements, there were challenges in creating creative content that effectively engages users and resonates with our target audience as well as with meeting timelines. She was open to feedback, which allowed for some improvements. As she continues to develop her skills in marketing strategy and content creation, I’m confident she’ll grow into a more well-rounded social media professional.
