Requirements were not well described in the original solicitude and that made it difficult to provide possible solutions at the beginning of the project. Customer wanted to use technologies not compatible with the expected functionality like using GitHub to track word, pdf, excel, images, etc. Most of the functionalities that the customer wanted were out of the scope and this might not be entirely their fault but also College fault since they were suppose to filter the projects. Communication was good and easy to reach out most of the times.
