I was surprised by just how much I learned on this project. It allowed me to acquire valuable new skills in working with spreadsheets and logical thinking, and I think I've grown a lot. Eric was flexible, affable, and overall great to work with - he really pushed my thinking and problem solving skills and was eager to offer support and mentorship. This made the project feel accessible instead of intimidating.
