I have learned lots from my role with Althea Therapy. Most specifically, being assigned the task of creating a guide which concentrates on addressing the unique challenges faced by Black, Indigenous, and racialized women in senior positions within various industries was particularly fascinating to me (attached below). I was able to learn how to research effectively to provide accurate sources, and reliable evidence. I was also able to enhance my writing skills as I had to ensure I was creating the guide in an easy-to-read manner that was both informative and professional.
