What is the main goal for this project?

Wouessi Inc. aims to enhance its employee onboarding and training processes by leveraging digital solutions. Currently, the procedures are manual and time-consuming, leading to inefficiencies and inconsistencies. The project group will begin by evaluating the existing onboarding and training methods to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. The goal is to propose and design a digital framework that can streamline these processes, making them more efficient and user-friendly. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of digital tools, process optimization, and user experience design to create a comprehensive solution that meets the company's needs.


The primary goal is to create a seamless, digital onboarding experience for new employees and streamline internal training programs. Students will map the existing onboarding and training processes, identify areas for digital transformation (e.g., e-learning platforms, automated HR tools), and propose solutions to improve onboarding efficiency. The final output will be a project plan that outlines the steps for implementing new onboarding and training platforms.
