The main goal of this project is to conduct user interviews, gather feedback, and project manage the process. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Conducting user interviews to understand the user experience and identify areas of improvement.


- Analyzing user feedback to identify common themes and areas of improvement.


- Developing a project plan to address the identified areas of improvement.


- Assessing the impact of the project plan and making adjustments as needed.


- Reporting on the progress of the project and any changes made.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of user feedback and areas of improvement.


- Ability to develop a project plan to address identified areas of improvement.
