You will play a crucial role in enhancing the online presence of the company/brand and driving audience engagement.
By the end of the project, the student will upload a minimum of 6 complete IG Reel / TikTok videos they have created throughout their internship.

Content Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the brand's goals and target audience.
- Research and stay updated on current trends, challenges, and features on Instagram and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with broader campaigns.
Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Utilize various creative formats, such as short videos, images, and interactive elements, to captivate the audience.
- Incorporate storytelling techniques to convey brand messages effectively.
Audience Engagement:
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and engage with the audience on Instagram and TikTok.
- Foster a sense of community by encouraging user participation through challenges, polls, and collaborations.
- Monitor analytics to understand audience behavior and adjust content strategy accordingly.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and tone across all content.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and work closely with the marketing team to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
Platform Optimization:
- Stay informed about platform algorithms and best practices for content visibility.
- Optimize content for discoverability through the use of relevant hashtags, captions, and descriptions.
Content Calendar Management:
- Develop and maintain a content calendar outlining the publishing schedule and content themes.
- Coordinate with other team members to align content creation with broader marketing initiatives.
Monitoring Trends and Competitor Activity:
- Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities on Instagram and TikTok.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on competitor analysis.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Regularly analyze performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Prepare reports summarizing the effectiveness of content and suggest improvements.
Adaptability:
- Stay flexible and adapt content strategy based on platform updates, algorithm changes, or shifts in audience behavior.
Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- Our current products and digital content
- Our customer and industry insights
- Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
