Our company has two main business domains: online courses and real estate advice.

We would like students to help in managing a Customer Relationship Management and social media management system, KVCore. This system has leads generated through Facebook and other social media channels. The tasks would be:

  1. Connect with leads through email, smart campaigns and social media
  2. Connect with leads through automatic and systems texts
  3. Connect with leads through phone calls
  4. Generate new leads with tools in the system
  5. Use all the features of the system to drive more traffic and enhance online presence
  6. Provide support for administrative tasks such as documentation.


Currently, Dazia Consulting has a website, Google page, LinkedIn business page, Facebook business page, Digital Products Store, Udemy courses page, Youtube channel, Customer Relationship Management tool, and a Shopify Store.

Deliverables

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

  • Evaluate the current business structure
  • Suggest improvements to the business model

Digital Marketing:

  • Generate new leads for the business through social media
  • Follow up on the leads from the system
  • Monitor and update the KPI tracking file.
  • Undertake steps to expand business

At the end of the project:

Upload a presentation about the Key Performance indicators, eg number of visits, conversion rate, ratings, and comments changes before and after the campaign. A summary of the tasks undertaken will be provided. Some examples of KPI are given:

Mentorship

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

Meetings will be held in person in the office at Kitchener and also on Zoom.
