What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal of this project is to establish a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework for Play Forever to measure the organization's impact and continuously improve programs and services based on evidence and feedback.

  2. Develop a comprehensive MEL framework, including key performance indicators (KPIs), data collection methods, and evaluation processes to measure the organization's impact and effectiveness.
  3. Design data collection tools and templates, ensuring data quality, consistency, and ease of use.
  4. Establish a system for data analysis and reporting, including regular reports and visualizations to inform decision-making and demonstrate impact to stakeholders.
  5. Create a learning and feedback loop within the organization to ensure that evaluation findings are used to inform program design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
  6. Train staff and volunteers on the MEL framework, data collection tools, and analysis methods.
