  1. Review and Compilation: Gather draft policies from different departments and sources within the organization.
  2. Organization and Structuring: Create a structured document with clearly defined chapters for policies, procedures, and tools.
  3. Content Editing: Ensure consistency and clarity in language, formatting, and style across all policies.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with relevant stakeholders to gather input and feedback on the compiled policies.
  5. Documentation of Procedures: Clearly articulate and document the procedures associated with each policy.
  6. Tool Integration: Integrate any relevant tools or resources associated with the policies into the document.

  1. Comprehensive Policy Document: A well-organized document containing policies, procedures, and tools.

Mentorship

The below supports will be provided to the successful candidate:

  • 2x training sessions on the tools and technologies used including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Pro
  • Provide guidance on the organization's document formatting standards and style guidelines.
  • Clearly communicate the goals and objectives of the internship project.
  • Outline specific expectations regarding the quality, format, and structure of the compiled policy document.
  • Schedule regular check-in meetings to discuss progress, address any challenges, and provide feedback.
  • Encourage an open line of communication to ensure the intern feels supported and comfortable seeking assistance when needed.
  • Ensure the intern has access to all necessary resources, including policy drafts, relevant documents, and contact information for key stakeholders.
