Two Digital Strategy Associates (Interns) will be recruited to lead key initiatives such as refining and promoting an AI-powered quiz tool designed to generate leads, improving the company’s internal SEO, and expanding the website with practical tools and templates for small business owners. This project will also focus on increasing brand visibility and engagement through strategic content and outreach efforts. Through this hands-on experience, the Digital Strategy Associates will develop essential skills in market research, critical thinking, project management, and content strategy while contributing directly to the company’s growth and impact.
By the end of the project, Digital Strategy Associates will deliver tangible outcomes demonstrating their contributions to CLICK’s digital development and client engagement strategy. These include a tested, revised, and documented version of the AI-powered lead generation quiz tool, optimized based on user feedback.
They will also design and launch a new “Tools & Templates” section on the company website, featuring four original downloadable resources, such as an SEO checklist, content calendar, brand messaging worksheet, and digital goal-setting template. In addition, the interns will develop a “Spotlight Series” submission page to showcase client stories and testimonials from businesses that have used CLICK's services. To maintain a consistent digital presence, they will create one social media post per week and contribute to online community engagement efforts. The associates will also conduct competitive pricing research and deliver reports summarizing industry benchmarks and pricing recommendations.
Other responsibilities may include assisting with lead intake sessions or email inquiries. Collectively, these deliverables will directly support the project’s goal of expanding CLICK’s internal digital infrastructure while providing interns with meaningful, high-impact experience in digital strategy and communications.
