Our organization would like to collaborate with students to plan a charity golf event to help us raise funds to support our programs. This plan should also be able to function as a basic template for future events.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Familiarizing themselves with our mission, values and goals.
  • Estimating and establishing the budget of the fundraising event, including suggesting, researching, sourcing and pricing of the venues, dining options, prizes and gift bags items.
  • Creating a plan of action and a detailed breakdown of tasks for volunteers to complete at the event.
  • Creating a marketing and promotion plan for our event.

Bonus steps in the process would also include:

  • Creating social media and marketing content
