To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

• Develop a process to link business goals to individual performance expectations.
• Design a performance evaluation program
• Create an employee training and development plan, as a follow-up to poor performance.
• Suggest Leadership training, coaching, and development program.

Ultimately, you will develop guidelines supporting company personnel planning and management.
