What is the main goal for this project?

Main Objective: The main objective of this project is to design a user-friendly, visually engaging, and informative website for Buyer Folio that effectively communicates the company's mission, services, and value proposition.

Problem Statement: Students will address the challenge of creating a cohesive and visually appealing web design that enhances user engagement and effectively conveys Buyer Folio’s unique offerings. This involves overcoming typical web design hurdles such as ensuring intuitive navigation, maintaining consistent branding, and creating an engaging user experience across various devices.

Expected Outcome: By the end of the project, students are expected to achieve the following outcomes:

  1. A Comprehensive Design: Produce a fully fleshed-out design for the Buyer Folio website, including high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for all specified sections (Home Page, Partnership Page, Blog/Resources Page, FAQ Section).
  2. User-Centric Layout: Develop a website layout that is easy to navigate, visually appealing, and responsive across different devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
  3. Effective Communication: Ensure that the website clearly and effectively communicates Buyer Folio’s mission, services, and value propositions through well-structured content and professional visual elements.
  4. Brand Consistency: Implement design elements that align with Buyer Folio’s brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent look and feel across the entire website.
  5. Enhanced User Engagement: Incorporate features such as call-to-action buttons, high-quality visuals, and customer testimonials to boost user engagement and interaction.
  6. Design Specifications for Development: Provide detailed design specifications and assets for the development team to implement, ensuring a smooth transition from design to development.

Wireframing and Prototyping:

  • Design interactive prototypes to demonstrate the user flow and functionality of the website.

Content Strategy and Layout:

  • Organize and structure content for clarity and impact, ensuring each section effectively communicates the intended message.

Visual Design and Branding:

  • Design visual elements that align with Buyer Folio’s branding guidelines, including color schemes, typography, icons, and imagery.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all pages and elements of the website.
  • Deliverable: Visual Design Assets and Branding Guidelines.

Responsive Design:

  • Ensure the website design is responsive and provides an optimal user experience across various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
  • Test designs on multiple devices to ensure compatibility and usability.
  • Deliverable: Responsive Design Prototypes.

User Testing and Iteration:

  • Conduct user testing sessions to gather feedback on the prototypes.
