From scholarships to life hacks, we provide the resources and opportunities Canadian students need to thrive. Now, we're looking for a creative and driven Content Intern to join our dynamic team and help us connect with even more students across the country.


What We're Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a related program (Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or English).
  • A knack for storytelling and a passion for creating relatable, engaging content.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Active on social media, with an understanding of what makes content shareable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, curious, and eager to learn.

Deliverables

What You'll Do:

  • Craft engaging content for social media updates. You'll create content that speaks directly to the heart of student life in Canada and how SLN can help make it all the better. We will focus on Tiktok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
  • Research & Ideas: Dive deep into the world of student interests, trends, and needs to come up with fresh, engaging content ideas.
  • Social Media Savvy: Help identify trends and provide ideas on how/where to engage with students, helping our content reach a wider audience.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Ola, Student Life Network Community Manager to brainstorm ideas, refine strategies, and create compelling, fun content.


Mentorship
  • You will be provided with a detailed outline of expectations and a timeline for completion, as well as any spreadsheet or forms required to execute the project.
  • The project lead will be available to you throughout and will provide regular opportunities to ask questions, receive feedback on your work, and request additional support if needed.
  • An overview of our opportunities and offers will be provided.
  • Technical and creative support as needed.
