To become a proactive sales team, we need assistance developing an outreach process. We would like to equip our sales team with a plan that guides them in researching new prospects, identifying key contacts, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our target market.

The goal is to create a efficient sales process that the team can implement.

Deliverables

The final project deliverable includes a list of outreach accomplishments - metrics, skills, and process optimization.

Mentorship

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. Students will also get mentorship from the founder.
