The main goal for the project is to create an AI enabled wine recommendation model that can provide users with the best wine recommendation for a specific situation, whether it's a dish with specific ingredients or as vague as a single word emotion. The model should be built so it can be done through mobile/site chat as well as mobile SMS text.

The model should also prompt users for clarifying questions if the user did not specify (e.g. price range, general type or specific wine brand, etc). Also if users respond back with specifications, the model should be able to take that in and suggest something else that's within the new criteria.

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:

- Process for analyzing, pulling, and ingesting only accredited data online around wine recommendations data (e.g. master somm, vivino, napa valley wine academy, etc)

- Developing an original AI model that can process responsive user input and provide accurate wine recommendations

- An AI model that can accurately recommend wines based on user input.

Final deliverables:

- A working AI enabled wine recommendation model.

- Documentation of the model's development and integration process

- All resources that was used to build the model (site all sources)

We can provide some mentorship on how to navigate the startup world as well as offer potential to work with the team in the future based on work output.
