PROJECT SCOPE

Certified tax and Financial Services is looking for a graphic designer who can help elevate our company to the next level. This project will include creating a new logo, design and posts for our company website, as well as modern designs for our social media pages.

Responsibilities:

1. Passion for crafting design ideas from scratch.

2. Knowledge in using softwares such as Adobe Photoshop.

3. Willingness to step outside of defined parameters of the administrative assistant role description to provide support wherever needed on short notice.

4. Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media

Requirements:

1. Knowledge including MS Office (Word, Excel).

2. Knowledge of Canva Pro and Adobe softwares.

3. Have excellent organization skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

4. Excellent design skills and ability to present work.

5. Strong creative and analytical skills.

Supervision

• Remote supervision is offered

• Formal & informal feedback

• Supervisor will provide job-specific training, work instructions and tasks, evaluation of work

Mentorship

• One-on-one mentorship is provided to the student

• Feedback is offered formally & informally

• Mentor will provide support for skills development, career related training, and access to online materials
