Details

Réseau ACCESS Network, a 36-year-old organization, is approaching the end of its current strategic plan in 2025. The organization focuses on key areas such as HIV/HCV, Harm Reduction, 2S-LGBTQIA+ support, and healthcare services for People With Lived/Living Experience (PWLLE) and People Who Use Drugs (PWUD). The goal of this project is to develop a new strategic plan that will guide the organization for the next five years, along with an operational implementation plan to ensure the strategic objectives are actionable and achievable. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of strategic planning, operational management, and social services to create a comprehensive plan that aligns with the organization's mission and values.

Deliverables

- Using a detailed strategic plan document outlining the vision, mission, goals, and key performance indicators for the next five years.

  • Taking this new 5 year strategic plan and creating an operational implementation plan that includes specific actions, timelines, and responsible parties for each strategic objective.

- A presentation summarizing the operational implementation plan for stakeholders.

- Using the feedback reports that incorporate input from key stakeholders and community members to ensure the plan is inclusive and representative of the community's needs.
