Internship Positions available: 4 Individuals Starting Jan. 5th. 2023

Student Group Projects - 3 Teams any number of students.

CareerNiche Inc. is a growing boutique premium service HR and Career Transition Marketing Agency that assists with Employee training, and coaching (both one on one and group coaching on zoom and with career masterminds).

The Following are general qualifications and duties:

  1. We want student interns to scope out through ideation, conceptualization and then actual execution of HR training plans for career transition courses, workshops and live events.
  2. Perform development of the role out of our HR module for our CRM including a range of Communication and Collaboration tools and SOP's related to those platforms.
  3. Design using simple questionnaire app software a basic set up marketing questions from SME's to research customer Net Promoter Scores
  4. Help us put together a Policies and Procedures Guidebook for all Internships and Contract Staff.
Deliverables
  1. You may be required to create PowerPoints slide decks from our PowerPoint templates - for live Zoom training as well as the Digital Courses online. You may be required learn our Learning Management Services.
  2. Organization of Marketing assets into an application called Brandox app as well as assisting with importing and exporting between CRMs to launch a new CRM and Marketing tool called infusionsoft.
  3. Creation and distribution of class handouts including pre-class session prep questions' handouts, class pdf slides with notes area.
  4. Assisting with entering new users and setting administrative rights and set up basic user handouts related to the office software .
  5. Create an organized inventory of all key software platforms and objectives with IT.
  6. Help us set up our HR ATS Recruitment Software for Video Interviews and with our Online Platforms for job posting distribution.
  7. Assist with our Certification Program Notes, Meeting Notes and NoteJoy or Nimbus Notes software setup for various programs.
Mentorship

Receive structured plans for various HR related projects, software roll-outs, meeting notes as well as recruitment strategies and software inclusion assistance.
