The main goal for the project is to develop a comprehensive marketing plan for Eco2Bureau, a company focused on sustainable and eco-friendly food service and food product packaging solutions. The plan should include strategies for increasing brand awareness, reaching new customers, and promoting the company's environmentally friendly products and services.


This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Conducting market research to understand the target audience and competitive landscape.


- Developing a marketing strategy that aligns with Eco2Bureau's brand values and objectives.


- Creating a detailed marketing plan outlining specific tactics, channels, and timelines.


- Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the marketing efforts.


- Collaborating with the Eco2Bureau team to ensure the marketing plan is feasible and aligned with the company's resources and capabilities.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- A comprehensive market research report including insights on the target audience and competitors.


- A detailed marketing strategy document outlining the approach to be taken.


- A complete marketing plan with specific tactics, channels, and timelines.


- A set of KPIs to measure the success of the marketing efforts.


- A presentation to the Eco2Bureau team outlining the marketing plan and its implementation.



Final deliverables:


- A final marketing plan document with all the details and strategies.


- A presentation deck for sharing the marketing plan with the Eco2Bureau team.


- Recommendations for ongoing monitoring and optimization of the marketing efforts.
