The main goal for the project is to help Hola Everyone Spanish Academy increase their presence in Canada and the USA by offering resume writing services to Latinos looking for employment in these countries and those Latinos who want to come to Canada but still living in Mexico.


This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching the job market and employment requirements in Canada and the USA.


- Creating marketing materials to promote resume writing services.


- Providing support and guidance to Latinos in Mexico who are planning to move to Canada.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- A comprehensive research report on the job market and employment requirements in Canada and the USA.


- Marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, and website updates.


- Support and guidance documentation for Latinos in Mexico planning to move to Canada.

Mentorship
  1. Staff Support: staff are available to assist learners throughout their fellowship journey. Whether it's clarifying doubts, providing guidance on assignments, or offering feedback, our staff is committed to helping learners succeed.
  2. Access to Data: Learners will have access to relevant data and resources to support their projects and assignments.
  3. Flexible Scheduling: Recognizing that learners may have other commitments, we offer flexible scheduling options for fellowship activities. This allows learners to balance their fellowship responsibilities with other personal or professional obligations.
  4. Feedback and Evaluation: We provide regular feedback and evaluation to help learners track their progress and identify areas for improvement. This includes constructive feedback on assignments, assessments, and project milestones to ensure learners are meeting the required standards.
