Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

We are seeking individuals or teams of participants to work together to define market segments and test them through lead generation and contacting potential clients. The typical cohort works over two months, with a first cohort this summer 2022, and others in the autumn. Any sales resulting from these calls will yield a shared commission for the team.

We have two product lines, one of giant 3d printers and other machines using plant-based plastics for ecological applications, and a second of thermomolded retail products in 100% recycled plastics from our factory in Québec.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

We will be:

  • predicting the characteristics of potential market segments
  • researching and discussing with potential clients
  • summarizing our findings in view of defining a marketing strategy for the promising segments
