To develop a detailed one-year roadmap for the company’s technical builds and programming expansion from August 2024 to July 2025. This roadmap will outline the resource requirements and integrate a non-dilutive funding strategy with clear timelines and a toolkit to ensure successful implementation.

• Lead a discovery session with the team to determine the vision and understand the technical and programming roadmap.
• Present recommendations on technical builds and programming over the next year.
• Conduct thorough discovery and research on non-dillutive funding options in Canada and the US.
• Create a 1-year roadmap from August 2024 - July 2025 for dilutive funding required to execute on technical and programming roadmap.
• Create a generic grant application toolkit that we can plug and play into multiple applications.

• Student will be provided access to all previous grant applications and content.
• You will have weekly 1:1s with the Toast founders.
• You will have access to the entire team via our team Slack channel.
