Focus: Research and Implement Projects for Business Growth

We have some great ideas on how to scale-up our company and create a passive or semi-passive income. We want to work with entrepreneurial-minded students to complete system documentation, research and begin the implementation process.

We are moving towards a business model that includes coaching other writers and offering advice (industry experts) vs. actual writing services.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

FINAL DELIVERABLES:

  • Document our company's existing services and internal processes to determine scalability.
  • Research and draft a business growth strategy. Determine the pros/cons of the different scale-up model(s).
  • Design a marketing strategy for selected model(s).
  • Develop a step-by-step action plan, including timelines and an estimated budget for implementing any new model(s).
  • Begin implementing any new model(s) within the available internship timeframe.
  • Ensure the tasks are returned to the company with complete instructions regarding deliverable activities and next steps.
