The Believe Impact Program is designed to give RBC students an opportunity to collaborate with like-minded individuals, further develop leadership skills, create an impact in the community, and showcase that impact to RBC leaders and industry experts.

Team Members will be grouped with a Team Lead and other student members that are passionate about solving a similar issue. Together, you will work collectively to utilize all your unique passions & skill sets to solve that problem, resulting in an Impact Project.

Founded by Olympian Sarah Wells, The Believe Initiative is an organization that helps build more resilient leaders through project based learning. To-date the Believe Initiative has impacted over 120,000 students and has helped spark over 10,000 impact projects. Using the principals Sarah learned through sport, the Believe Initiative teaches important skills like confidence, resilience, leadership, and empowers students to apply those skills into Believe Impact Projects.

The Believe Initiative motto is hard work won’t always lead to success, but being resilient will always lead to another opportunity for it. It is through the Believe Initiative we hope everyone begins to understand, you don’t build self belief through achievements, but instead, you build self-belief through action!
