This is a research opportunity for undergraduate and postgraduate students to work on writing business case studies on organizational change management. This is a phase 2 of writing a case study with secondary data.

Deliverables

Researching media reports, and industry standards.

Writing issues/ challenges within organizations that require actionable knowledge to resolve the identified challenges.

Editing the final document for publication.

Mentorship

Students will work independently under the supervision of Dr Theresa A. Chika-James throughout the research project.

Guidance on conducting research and writing business case studies will be provided at the first phase of the research project (approximately six hours).
