Details

Our company aims to develop an online brand to attract like-minded individuals who are interested in our sport training philosophies.

We would like to work with students to formalize our social media marketing campaign and develop marketing content.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Familiarizing themselves with our company’s products, social media campaign goals and target market.
  • Identifies the types of messages that will be most effective for specific customer personas and content types. (Some core work around customer persons has been done to date)
  • Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign.
  • Creating a social media content calendar that outlines important steps in the campaign.
  • Develop content connected to the content calendar that can be posted.
Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

  • Understanding of our company’s products and goals
  • Refinement of specific messages and the best ways to communicate them
  • Identification of types of campaign content to create
  • Identification of metrics to monitor the campaign’s success
  • Creation of a social media content calendar to organize the campaign
  • Development of social media content

Final deliverables should include

  • A final report with a social media content calendar.
  • Some marketing content created and ready to post
  • A 5-10 minute presentation.
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

  • Our current products and social media marketing
  • Our customer and industry insights
  • Marketing metrics
  • Customer persona information and intended messages
  • Input on choices and problems faced
