The primary goal of this project is to expand the organization's client base by reaching out to potential clients, suggesting IT solutions, engaging with customers, achieving set sales goals, conducting market research, and providing website and SEO assessments to acquire new business. Participants play a key role in driving business growth through client acquisition and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

Deliverables

Participants will need to:

  1. Conduct new business outreach through both inbound and outbound efforts.
  2. Suggest IT solutions, such as SEO, PPC, social media, web design, and custom apps, to new and existing clients in various industries.
  3. Engage with customers over the phone or in person and address their needs.
  4. Work toward achieving set sales goals.
  5. Conduct market research and monitor competitors in the industry.
  6. Provide website and SEO assessments to potential clients to facilitate new business acquisition.


Mentorship
  1. Training and Guidance: DIT will provide training and guidance to help personnel understand the company's email marketing processes, tools, and strategies. This includes onboarding sessions and access to resources for skill development.
  2. Mentoring: Personnel will have access to experienced mentors who can offer advice, answer questions, and provide insights into best practices in email marketing.
  3. Resources and Tools: DIT will provide personnel with the necessary resources, software, and tools to effectively manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring they have access to the required technology and materials.
  4. Collaborative Environment: DIT fosters a collaborative work environment where personnel can work closely with the Marketing Team and other team members. This encourages knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
  5. Feedback and Evaluation: The company will offer regular feedback and performance evaluations to help personnel identify areas for improvement and recognize their contributions.
