What is the main goal for this project?

Analyze the travel industry to identify profitable markets. At bucket.ca our business offers pre-planned 3-5 day vacations, we also will be booking trips for individuals, and operating a create your own bucket list experience on our website. We would like your team to analyze our business model to:

A) Identify which markets (location and demographic) our pre-planned trips would be most successful in, and

B) Analyze the competitive market in these locations, and

C) Suggest other business models we could pursue under the umbrella of services we currently offer

About the company

Bucket.ca is a start-up travel agency, tour-operator, and bucket list website all in one. At Bucket.ca we are currently working on developing our website and mobile platform after launching the beta in early June, 2022. Our platform will offer a number of different services:
-Bucket.ca will give users the opportunity to make personalized bucket lists using our websites interactive bucket list application. With this feature our platform will allow users to interact with other people that have similar bucket list goals.
-Bucket.ca will give users the opportunity to plan trips so that they can accomplish their travel related goals.
-Bucket.ca will offer pre-planned activity dense bucket list adventures in which users have the opportunity to fly on a private jet to bucket list locations.
