The project objective is to improve the Boozang SaaS product adoption by running usability testing for new users (users previously unfamiliar with Boozang).

This work can make a real impact for us as a business, and should be a useful skill, especially if the participants are interested in working for a startup or company who deals with new products.

The project consists of the following steps:

• Learn methodology
• Write usability test scripts (4 or 5 scenarios)
• Recruit focus group (ideally 5 participants)
• Perform user tests (30 mins each)
• Share insights / suggest improvements

To achieve the project goal at least 3 user tests should be performed.

I will be involved in making sure the learners have all the information they need to get started. I will also be involved in making sure the learners understand what needs to be tested.

If possible, I would also be very interested in brainstorming on potential improvements that can be done, based on the findings from the usability testing.
