Details

The main goal of this project is to create a promotional plan for Adventuretown Toy Emporium's "Fledglings' Flight" app and customized subscription box. The plan should include objectives, creative theme, key messaging, broadcast script, print samples, interactive promotions, sales promotions, PR materials, and direct response promotions in order to reach a new market of parents of children under 3 years old.


Deliverables

In order to achieve the project goal, learners will need to complete the following tasks:


- Research the target market and create a profile of the ideal customer.


- Develop a creative theme and key messaging for the promotional plan.


- Create a broadcast script for radio, television, and/or online ads.


- Design print samples such as flyers, brochures, and/or posters.


- Develop interactive promotions such as contests, giveaways, and/or online games.


- Design sales promotions such as discounts, coupons, and/or loyalty programs.


- Create PR materials such as press releases, interviews, and/or articles.


- Develop direct response promotions such as email campaigns, direct mail, and/or telemarketing.


- Test the promotional plan and make adjustments as needed.



Final deliverables should include:


- A written report outlining the promotional plan and its objectives.


- All source code and design files for the promotional materials.


- A presentation summarizing the promotional plan and its results.


Mentorship

Adventuretown Toy Emporium will be meeting with learners for 1 hour every week virtually to discuss the progress of the Fledglings' Flight Marketing Plan project, answer questions, provide feedback, and discuss deliverables. Learners will have access to the app, website, newsletter platform, social media accounts, analytics, brand collateral, and any required data.

(https://www.fledglingsflight.com) It is an app and customized subscription box for parents of children 0-3 years old to help optimized their child's development with play-based activities, milestone-tracking, resource library, and monthly Toolbox tailored to each child's developmental needs whether they are delayed, on-track, advanced, or asynchronous.
