Regenesis - Marketing Strategy + Campaign
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We want students to help us build a marketing strategy plan and materials to grow and engage university students at the University of Toronto (St. George, Mississauga and Scarborough campuses) and York University (Keele and Glendon) campuses to support our upcoming funding referenda (election). We’d like to know how we can maximize use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our messaging and to develop messaging (copywriting, graphic design, videography, web design) to reach our audience prior to and during the referenda. It is critical that we increase our awareness of our organization and its environmental activities. With COVID-19 having closed in-person activities at universities for almost two years, we need to find ways to generate awareness and support beyond our pre-pandemic methods (tabling, lecture announcements, posters). KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES: The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How can we best position our marketing so students understand what Regenesis is and feel motivate to support us? What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using? How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition?
