Action for Healthy Communities (AHC) is a registered non-profit organization that has been operating in the community since 1995. AHC empowers individuals and diverse groups to develop actions that improve their community's health and well-being. We support community projects led by members within communities to address self-identified health and wellness issues. Our mission is a commitment to fostering individual and group participation and action to improve the comprehensive and holistic health of diverse communities.
