In this project, we want students to analyze our current social media presence and propose methods to strategically leverage these tools to achieve our goals. Develop a custom social media strategy and plan from scratch. The strategy may include, but is not limited to: Conducting an audit of our current social media presence. Developing strategies for improving our online presence by recommending programs, tools, methods of engagement, social channels, or communication pieces. Developing strategies for increasing engagement on our various public accounts, blogs, or other marketing assets. Conducting an assessment of the effectiveness of our current communication channel(s). Identifying best practices to reach a new target audience. Identifying best practices within our current market segment to achieve a larger market share. Developing a content plan. Creating social media content posts. We want students to perform analysis and to deliver insights and recommendations to provide value to our organization in addressing current challenges. Areas of focus : Creation of a complete business plan for product or service. Development of a new market entry strategy. Development of a social media campaign and assistance with content creation. Design of a marketing plan. Performance of a detailed competitive analysis. Development of product/service costing models. Identification of business models and new opportunities.

We want students to help us build a marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How should we promote our company? What channels should we utilize? What budget is appropriate for advertising? What messaging should we use?
