Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on learners from Saskatchenwan Polytechnic to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.
International students bring a unique perspective, having experienced the challenges of immigration firsthand. They are currently enrolled in an HR Generalist class, poised to apply the latest concepts directly into practice.

Some final project deliverables might include:
- A presentation on key findings and recommendations
- A detailed report including their research, analysis, insights and recommendations

Recruitment initiative/Advertising strategies/Onboarding practices/Interview techniques that are non discriminatory or contain systemic biases.
- Advertising strategies: Insight regarding advertising in other countries
- Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
