The main goal for the project is to develop a comprehensive plan to acquire funding for CTS Incentives in order to support the growth of the business. This plan should include:

  • Strategic areas for investment
  • Recommended funding required
  • Recommendations for funding opportunities available
  • Projected ROI and cashflow
  • Any other information that would be helpful when applying for grants or applicable funding opportunities.
Deliverables

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Conducting interviews with key stakeholders at CTS Incentives to understand the current financial situation and future growth plans.


- Analyzing financial data and market trends to determine the recommended funding required for business growth.


- Researching and identifying potential funding opportunities available for CTS Incentives.


- Developing a business plan or pitch deck that outlines the investment areas, funding requirements, projected ROI, and other relevant information.


- Presenting the funding acquisition plan to potential funding sources and incorporating feedback for refinement.



Final deliverables:


- A finalized business plan or pitch deck that can be used by CTS Incentives to approach potential funding sources.


- A detailed report outlining the funding acquisition plan and the rationale behind the recommended funding requirements and opportunities.


- A presentation deck for pitching the funding acquisition plan to potential funding sources.
