functional training training and development innovationWe want to be known as an organization that values the development of our people. To assist us in this goal, we would like to collaborate with students to design training programs. We have an idea of areas where training could be implemented, but we would also appreciate insight on recommended training and development areas. The main goal is for students develop a fully functional training course for our business partners.
The high-level training design should be based on our provided objectives and include templates, processes, strategy, and implementation guidelines. You will work with our business partners to gather training requirements and use innovation to build out training modules and assessment tools.
Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. There will be mentorship available on a daily and weekly basis.
