The primary focus for the student will be: Content Development - Collaborate with the Illuminate team and deliver content to Illuminate Leadership Academy‘s target audience.Marketing Communications - work with the Marketing and Communications Manager to push out content, develop KPIs for recruitment, and activate funnels to generate more qualified Illuminate Leadership Academy applicants.Partnerships - develop meaningful mini co-op curriculums with contacts you already have in your network to grow the Illuminate corporate partnership family.Students will enroll in a university reading buddy program with our National Partner.

Newsletter Development and Publishing

We are looking for a student to help develop and distribute a newsletter that supports our organizations' cause.We think this project will include:Creating a weekly newsletter with helpful information so readers feel inspiredCreating and soliciting materials to be published.Determining the features of a publication.Setting and enforcing deadlines.Making a final determination about what will be published in an issue.Coordinating frequency of publication.Overseeing all operations of a publication.Working with alumni to write meaningful stories and sharing them

Business Analyst

The primary focus for the student will be: Content Development - Collaborate with the Illuminate team and deliver learning content to Illuminate Universe and Illuminate Leadership Academy‘s target audience.Marketing Communications - Work with the Marketing and Communications Manager to push out digital content, develop KPIs for recruitment, and activate funnels to generate more qualified learners and students.Event Planning - Support conferences and events by outreaching potential participants, analyzing data, facilitating logistics, etc.Partnerships - develop meaningful mini co-op curriculums with contacts you already have in your network to grow the Illuminate corporate partnership family.

Podcast Production

Podcasting is a rapidly growing content medium, with a highly localized consumership. Working with students, we would like to take advantage of the trend and create a season of our own podcast. We would like for students to deliver a 5-episode podcast series, based on our outcome objectives. Students will get the chance to interview successful leaders, get trained to ask insightful questions and use their digital media skills to edit and publish the podcast on behalf of Illuminate.
