Enhance and edit competitive analysis report: Using the information we gathered in phase 1 to create a report that summarizes your findings and includes recommendations for how to improve our business in relation to our competitors.
Objective
We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitors in our space and how we can differentiate ourselves through our product/service offering, and our messaging.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Deliver the following
- Research additional competitors to our dataset
- Checklist like-excel sheet that helps the company decipher what things their competitors are adopting/utilizing (revenue models, utilization of dark web, etc). The checklist/graph would help summarize the data retrieved in phase 1 in a more digestible manner and differentiate Duntragon vs competitors. (SWOT Analysis)
- Using the checklist and other data retrieved to create a summary document giving our views on the data and next steps strategy-wise. What makes Duntragon stand out, what potential headwinds/tailwinds are there and anything we can find that could potentially help Duntragon understand its current standing amongst competitors.
- Determine competitive advantage: Once you have identified your competitors' strengths and weaknesses, think about how the business compares. What unique value does the business offer that competitors don't? How can we differentiate from the competition?
