Digital Human Library (dHL) is looking for an individual(s) to conduct research about the education and/or public library markets, source and record contract information for educational institutions and/or public libraries in the dHL database, and lead outreach activities to build awareness about dHL's services. This position will help students develop their online research skills, communication and collaboration skills, digital literacy skills, technology skills, and global competencies.

Deliverables

Project Tasks:

  • Meet with the dHL team for training.
  • Research information about the education and/or public library markets based on set criteria provided by dHL
  • Record contact information for educational institutions and/or public libraries using the spreadsheet provided
  • Review draft outreach materials and personalize materials based on each educational institution and/or public library's mission and goals
  • Maintain database (spreadsheet) of educational institution and/or public library contact information based on outreach efforts
  • Follow up on outreach by email, and/or phone call until contact is made
  • Introduce education and/or public library contact to designated member of the dHL Team
  • Collaborate with the dHL Team
