We would like to equip our sales team with a plan that guides them in researching new prospects, identifying key contacts, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our target market. We need students to find caregivers and people who are looking for elder care, get their information and add them to our directory. We need a list of about 300 more caregivers across Canada and 300 families looking for in-home elder care.
The final project deliverables are:
- A directory of 300 screened in home caregivers and 300 people looking for elder care
- A script breakdown of outreach, engagement and retaining prospects
- A report of finding regarding where, how and when you found prospects
Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. We will give you an in depth overview of the market landscape as well.
