The primary focus for the student will be:

• Content Development - Collaborate with the Illuminate team and deliver learning content to Illuminate Universe and Illuminate Leadership Academy‘s target audience.
• Marketing Communications - Work with the Marketing and Communications Manager to push out digital content, develop KPIs for recruitment, and activate funnels to generate more qualified learners and students.
• Event Planning - Support conferences and events by outreaching potential participants, analyzing data, facilitating logistics, etc.
• Partnerships - develop meaningful mini co-op curriculums with contacts you already have in your network to grow the Illuminate corporate partnership family.

Our goal at the end of this experience is:

• Content Development - For the student(s) to help us reach more customers, and effectively promote our brand, mission, and story.
• Marketing Communications - For the student(s) to help us reach more customers, and effectively promote our brand, mission, and story.
• Event Planning: - For the student(s) to help us reach more student groups, run events successfully, and effectively promote our brand.
• Partnerships - For the student(s) to help us roll out better prospecting that increases conversion rates.

Other duties the student may complete could include:

• Outreach and interview talented high school students to become conference chairman / chairwoman and take on leadership positions
• Proofread and polish learning content and copywriting

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
