Springboard Clinic is growing in size and evolving our business model to include a new innovation pipeline. As part of our growth journey, we need to institute the proper HR infrastructure and tools to support our team. We envision a pipeline for students to develop professionally and advance within our company. In order to achieve our goals, through this collaboration we are interested in developing:

  • Human resource strategies
  • Recruitment and retention plan (explore rewards systems)
  • Organizational chart
  • Develop human resource manuals, guides, etc.
  • Human resource policy and procedure development

Mentorship

Students will be working with every staff member and will be assigned a supervisor for the duration of the assignment.
