Details

We would like students to design promotional material and a marketing strategy to market two new product lines. Based on our insights and additional research, students will develop promotional marketing materials for our existing media and make recommendations on alternative media to consider.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services.
  • Assessing our existing marketing strategy and efforts.
  • Recommending marketing tactics to promote our new product such as exclusive previews and introductory offers.
  • Designing promotional material for various media.
  • Making multiple versions of marketing materials and testing them for comparison.
Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

  • Familiarity with our target market, products and services
  • Assessment of our marketing strategy
  • Recommendation of marketing tactics
  • Design of promotional material
  • Adopting marketing collateral for the project
  • Creating and testing marketing materials

Final deliverables should include

  • A final report.
  • A 10-minute presentation.
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

  • Our products and services
  • Our current understanding of the target market
  • Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
