Care Workers create online profiles with Key Factors like Education, Experience, Language(s), Specialties, Certifications, Vaccines, Geographical and Temporal Availability, etc. Clients and their families or caregivers fill out a profile with requirements such as times and days, expertise, experience, language, education, vaccinations, etc. The system matches Client to Care Worker, or manual matches can be made by users, and Panion takes only 15% of revenues per transaction; one-half of what many agencies take. What makes Panion different? We are focused on Care. Quality Care is something that is a result of a concerted and collaborative effort. We know that Care Workers are often underpaid, underappreciated, mismatched with clients, and required to travel great distances without remuneration. KnowQuest.net and .com will soon launch their beta in ReactJS/MongoDB/NodeJS/HTML etc. The platform is the next evolutionary step in feedback. It is built from the ground up to deal with and eliminate the weaknesses of other rating platforms like Google Reviews, YELP, Feefo, Trust Pilot, etc. This means we check credibility prior to ratings being given. This means we anonymize users and aggregate ratings. This means we do not take, store, or sell personal user information! This means we break down ratings into standardized likert and binary scales to add depth and meaning to each rating (no comments to deal with and no singular 5-star ratings which lack information). Your role, is to start the planning and development process of the ReactNative version of KnowQuest! We do not plan to launch it until late 2024/early 2025 so the only pressure will be for students to meet/exceed learning objectives!

Application Development - Build an MVP
Project Overall into : We are seeking a team of diligent students to help us build a comprehensive reservation application aimed at simplifying restaurant operations and enhancing customer experiences. This app will offer a live view of the restaurant's floorplan, enabling customers to book available tables and pre-order their meals. Upon arrival, their orders will be relayed directly to the kitchen, ensuring efficient service. Furthermore, the application will allow restaurants to manage seating statuses and streamline their day-to-day operations. An intuitive pre-order system will include a dynamic menu, a user-friendly cart feature, and a secure payment gateway. Requirements: User Authentication: The app should support secure user registration, login, and profile management features. Real-time Floorplan View: Users should be able to view a live, simplistic representation of the restaurant's floorplan, showing the current status of tables (available, occupied, needs cleaning, etc.). Reservation System: Users should be able to reserve available tables, with their reservation reflected in real-time on the floorplan. Pre-order System: An intuitive interface should allow users to view the restaurant's menu, select items, add them to a cart, and pay in advance. Upon the customer's arrival, these orders should be automatically sent to the kitchen for preparation. Restaurant Management Interface: Restaurants should have a separate interface allowing them to update table statuses, manage the menu, and view incoming orders and reservations. Secure Payment Gateway: A reliable and secure system should be implemented for handling transactions. Notifications: Users should receive confirmation and reminder notifications for their reservations and updates on their pre-orders. Front End: For the front end, we suggest using ReactJS. Its component-based architecture will enable the team to build a highly interactive user interface. React Native can be used if a mobile application is also planned. Back End: Node.js is recommended for the back end due to its efficient handling of asynchronous requests and good performance in real-time applications, which will be critical for the live floorplan feature. Express.js can be used as the server framework.
Cybersecurity Plan and Execution
The Assessment: Assess the current cybersecurity status of KnowQuest, an advanced consumer and academic feedback platform. The Solution: Recommend policy changes, new technologies and solutions, and any other required resources, tasks, or strategies to get the Cybersecurity capabilities of KnowQuest up to (and if possible) above industry best practices. Execution: Implement new solution and ensure our CEO is an integral part of the entire process. KnowQuest uses ReactJS with MongoDB and Java Script, HTML, CSS, and is hosted on a VPS (Linux w WHM and CPanel [CENTOS 7.9.x]) and also used AWS/EC2.

UI UX Development
We have two projects that need a UI/UX Intern. 1: KnowQuest - Advanced Feedback Platform for academia (the only academic feedback platform in the world!), and Movies/TV/Video Games (superior to IMDB/IGN/Netflix ratings and more informative!). 2: MyPanion - Ethical Home Healthcare. Both platforms are using React. Both platforms are being developed by Arizona State University's and Humber College's students in the January-April semester, but we want them to focus more on the back end.
