The redesigned interface should improve usability, accessibility, and engagement, ensuring users can easily navigate the platform, understand their eligibility, and take action on funding opportunities with minimal friction. Project Goals 1. Enhance User Experience (UX) Streamline workflows for funding discovery, application management, and AI-driven grant writing. Improve navigation and dashboard usability to reduce cognitive load. Conduct lightweight user testing to identify pain points and refine interaction flows. 2. Modernize the User Interface (UI) Create a clean, visually appealing, and responsive design that reflects GrantFundPro’s brand identity. Develop a consistent design system including typography, colors, components, and spacing. Ensure the design is optimized for both desktop and mobile users. 3. Integrate AI Features Seamlessly Redesign the interface to better showcase the AI grant-writing assistant and its capabilities. Improve contextual interactions, allowing users to easily access recommendations and generated content. 4. This will ensure that users have access to the most current and accurate information, enhancing the overall user experience and reliability of the platform. The project will involve designing a web scraping tool or utilizing APIs where available, and implementing a system to handle data parsing, validation, and integration into the existing database structure. The project will also include setting up a schedule for regular data refreshes and ensuring the system can handle changes in website structures or data formats.
