Business Process Optimization
Impact Learning has grown quickly over the past two years. As a result, a lot of "back end" planning and organization was not put into place appropriately. There are two main goals of this project: One: Create a client experience flow. Outline the client onboarding experience and develop the processes and systems that we could implement to improve it. Develop any of these components as appropriate. Budget can be allocated to any softwares/subscriptions that are deemed necessary for this project, and approved by the supervisor. Two: Create a project management internal flow. Understand the process that the Impact Learning team works through and create/update a project management flow to support the team organize, assign and track tasks associated to client and internal projects. Note: We recognize that both of these goals may not be able to be completely accomplished during this 80 hour project.
Web design
We are looking for a student to help us design a new solution our company is developing. Key responsibilities of the intern will include: Communicate with project manager to understand the business objectives and the user requirements. Design screens for both mobile and desktop devices

Environment and Climate Change Canada is one of the first few Federal organizations making steps towards working in the future by introducing new ways of information management on the cloud using SharePoint Online by Microsoft. Throughout this project, I have provided support in creating a change management strategy for implementing new ways of working using Office 365. My specialization in strategic public opinion has allowed me to assist in drafting and analyzing deliverables for senior management with concise language.
Lastly, I am developing training strategies with the team by creating detailed stakeholder analyses to ensure that adoption is trouble-free and convenient for the 7600 employees.
Project Management Officer

Public Service and Procurement Canada is implementing a project that allows for all procurements to be done online. This introduced a new way of working towards the future. In order to keep track of the progress of the project, I created concise and well-written deliverables in professional language to report to the Project Management Committee and Assistant Deputy Ministers on project updates. As well as assisted in drafting and analyzing proposals and reports to the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat on project milestones. Lastly, I organized and led Management Action Plans of project details to be presented on a monthly basis to the Project Management team and Office of the Chief Audit Executive.

Lastly, I analyzed, summarized and drafted legal documents within strict time frames to be presented to clients or to be presented in court.
