We want to revamp our appointment CRM system as it is outdated. We would like to collaborate with students to develop an improved CRM system. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s target market, products and services. Researching CRM software options and their features. Selecting the best technologies for our business and recommending plans for implementation. Recommending new features to include in our CRM system. Implementing our data & customer data into the CRM system to get it up and running

Website Development

At Synced Digital, we have many website projects on the go at all times. We are looking to bring students in, to teach them the ropes of web design and have them assist on these projects. Students will be working with Wix, Webflow, and WordPress, Funnel builders, etc. Great opportunity to learn new skills that pay good money to have. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable for the specific project Work on the website collaboratively with our team, and once comfortable on their own. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.

Grant Writing for Impact Applications Inc.

The main goal for the project is to work on multiple client grant applications for Impact Applications Inc. This will involve several different steps for the grant writers, including: - Collaborating with the Impact Applications team to understand the specific needs and goals of each client. - Researching and identifying relevant grant opportunities for each client. - Writing and preparing grant proposals tailored to each client's needs and the requirements of the grant opportunities. - Reviewing and revising grant proposals based on feedback from the Impact Applications team and clients. - Ensuring all grant applications are submitted on time and in compliance with the grant guidelines.
